White House Highlights Five Ohio ICE Arrests Ahead of Trump's Chillicothe Rally
In an exclusive to Breitbart, spokeswoman Lauren Bis names five men from Mexico, Guatemala, Colombia, Uzbekistan and Honduras with prior convictions. The convictions are as relayed by the White House.
The White House is pointing to a set of Ohio immigration arrests on the day President Trump holds a rally in the state, Breitbart reports in an exclusive.
The message. White House spokeswoman Lauren Bis told Breitbart: "They allowed millions of unvetted illegal aliens, many of whom were murderers, pedophiles, gang members, and suspected terrorists, to pour into our communities." She added that "on day one, President Trump secured the border and stopped the invasion of our country." The rally was set for Wednesday evening in Chillicothe.
The arrests. The White House named five men arrested in Ohio this month: Julio Cesar Perez Alvarez of Mexico, previously convicted of gross sexual imposition. Sebastian Alejandro De Leon of Guatemala, convicted of strangulation, drunk driving and disorderly conduct. Isidoro Cruz Bernal of Colombia, arrested by ICE last week after a conviction for conspiracy to commit burglary. Sardor Tirkashev of Uzbekistan, arrested after convictions for two counts of aggravated assault and battery in Chillicothe. Christopher Antonio Rodriguez Molina of Honduras, arrested in Columbus after a cocaine trafficking conviction.
Note for readers: the list and criminal histories come from the White House through Breitbart, and we have not checked court records. The White House released the list ahead of a campaign rally, and the choice of cases is its own.
