Video: Tom Homan Says Democrats Were 'Complicit' in the Southern Border 'Invasion' and Voters Who Want Enforcement Have One Choice
A short Fox News clip with the White House border czar on election eve. We relied on Fox's title and description, not a transcript, so we cannot report what else he said.
Fox News posted a clip of Trump administration border czar Tom Homan titled "Homan says Democrats were 'complicit' in southern border invasion."
What Fox says. According to the description, Homan argues that Democrats were complicit in what he calls an invasion at the southern border, and that voters who want strong border enforcement have only one choice in the coming election: vote Republican. The clip is dated Nov. 2.
Related. Fox posted a second Homan clip the same evening, on "The Ingraham Angle," about families affected by illegal immigrant crime. Our recent coverage includes ICE's announcement of arrests of foreign nationals accused of voting illegally.
What we could not check. This post summarizes a video. We relied on Fox News's title and description, not a transcript or the full segment, so we cannot say which Democrats or policies Homan named, or what figures he used. "Invasion" and "complicit" are his characterizations, as relayed by Fox. Democrats' response is not part of the clip's description.
