Fox News has posted a clip of Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin on "The Ingraham Angle." Fox lists its length as 5 minutes 48 seconds.

This post summarizes a Fox News video. We relied on Fox's title and description, not a transcript, so we cannot tell you exactly what Mullin said.

What Fox says. According to the description, Mullin discusses the Trump administration's crackdown on illegal immigration and addresses reports that the Pentagon has approved DHS testing of a heat-ray weapon, which Fox says could be considered for use at the U.S. border. Fox says he also talks about efforts to strengthen border security. The headline, "Democrats want to change the country by changing its demographics," is Fox's title for the segment, and the description does not quote him making that statement.

What the listing does not say. It does not describe how the heat-ray weapon works, where or when testing would happen, or what it would be used for. It does not give a response from Democrats.
