The public filing gives no share count or price range. Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley lead the underwriters. Revenue is concentrated in a few customers, and the company lists runaway-AI risk among its warnings.

Anthropic, maker of the Claude chatbot, has released the prospectus for its initial public offering, Fox Business reports.

The listing. The stock will trade on the Nasdaq under the symbol "ANT." The filing does not say how many shares will be sold or give a price range. Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley lead the group of underwriters. Anthropic filed confidentially in June. Its last private raise was $65 billion in late May at a $965 billion post-money valuation, which Fox Business says put it ahead of OpenAI.

The growth. Revenue rose from $386 million in 2024 to nearly $4.6 billion in 2025. In the first six months of 2026 it reached nearly $16.3 billion, against just over $1.1 billion in the same period of 2025.

The cost. Compute and infrastructure spending went from $433 million in 2023 to more than $2.5 billion in 2024 and above $7.3 billion in 2025. For the first half of 2026 it was more than $8.9 billion, up from about $2.3 billion a year earlier. Anthropic says this will remain its largest operating expense for the foreseeable future.

The warnings. The company says revenue is concentrated in a limited number of customers and distribution channels. It also acknowledges concerns about existential risk from AI, including models that improve themselves outside human control or become misaligned. Amazon and Google were early strategic partners.

The market. Fox Business notes Elon Musk's SpaceX priced a record $75 billion IPO in June at a $1.75 trillion valuation, and that OpenAI filed confidentially in June and expects to list by early 2027.

Note for readers: all figures are Fox Business's reading of the company's own filing, and we have not checked the prospectus. We reported a separate Wall Street Journal account of a draft filing earlier this week; the two reports may be using different numbers or definitions, and we have not reconciled them.
